New Keys, New Doors

“I will give him the key to the house of David—the highest position in the royal court. When he opens doors, no one will be able to close them; when he closes doors, no one will be able to open them.” – Isaiah 22:22

As I spent time with the Lord this past week, the light He shone in my heart revealed that it was necessary to uproot some deep emotions and die to certain desires to accomplish the next leg of the destiny ordained for me. I had to come out of my tent of limiting emotions and comfort to go through the doors that are positioned to release His Glory over this house. Many of us are kept from experiencing the abundance and fulfillment of His Glory because we refuse to acknowledge that there are some “things” that are keeping us from our purposed destiny. Many of us want to be anything BUT what God has called us to be. Romans 9:20 says, “Should the thing that was created say to the one who created it, ‘Why have you made me like this?’” But I am here to tell you the more quickly you embrace the transition that awaits you, the quicker you come to terms that you are going to have to do some work to use the obvious gifts that have been freely given to you to fulfill the purposes of God for your life, the sooner you will see the promise. Be brave! Remember it is He, the Lord, Who will lead you out of the tent – if you are willing. Doors have been opened for you 2016, but you must be willing to do what it takes to walk through them. If we make the transition right, we will not recognize ourselves in the next decade. We are in the time of Isaiah 22:22 where the Lord is releasing the authority to empower, impart, and equip a company of people with the keys of the Kingdom. These keys unlock the door of the Kingdom within His people that will enable them to rule with dominion under an open heaven with the authority of Christ the Lion of Judah.

What has evaded your sight that will prevent you seeing the open door? What is “the thing” that may prevent you from perceiving that open door? The “thing” can be described as the “thing (s)” you are currently doing, people or habits that hinders you from cooperating with the work of the Holy Spirit in your life. That “thing” preoccupies you and diverts your attention away from God. In 2016, you will turn yet another year older and it’s insane to think you can continue to do the same thing and get different results. If you want to live the life God predestined for you—the life of your dreams, allow Him to assist you in freeing yourself of that “thing ” so you can perceive and walk into the New Year with New OpportuntiesNew LibertyNew Revelation and New Dimensions!

Prayer of Meditation

Father thank you for leading me out of places of limitation into new territories. I have new eyes to see my purpose and to envision God-given possibilities. I will grow in emotional stability as I address my fears and those “things”.  Sickness and disease will no longer hold me hostage. Promises I have held onto for years will be activated by Your Words. This time next year, I will hold your promise in its infancy. Circumstances will no longer prevent your perfect timing Lord. I am whole and complete, so I speak over me today in Jesus Name – Amen!
