“Then he said to me, this is the word of the Lord to Zerrubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power but by my Spirit says the Lord of hosts.” Zechariah 4:6
Many of us may be in a place of feeling overwhelmed at all the things in front of us. It may look so impossible to do what we know we need to do that we feel like giving up or not trying. It looks like a lot because it is a lot if we try doing it in our own strength. We cannot walk out the walk of a Believer and stay on the narrow path unless we are walking it out through the Holy Spirit. There is nothing Holy Spirit looks at and is overwhelmed of, therefore in Him no task is too great nor obstacle too big to overcome. Through Him we can do everything He has called us to do. So if your overwhelmed then rest in Him, lay down “trying” to get it done and instead let Him work through you to do above and beyond what you could imagine. Let’s pray.
Prayer of Worship
Father thank you for Holy Spirit who lives inside us as believer’s. We ask that you would help us to stop trying to do things in our own strength and know whatever you have called us to do you have equiped us to do through your Spirit. We have a helper in your Holy Spirit, so help us to recognize and receive from Him the help we need each day. In Jesus name we pray, Amen.
