The Sanctuary is unique in many ways. Our structure for ministry is biblical and strategic however unorthodoxed. And the leader of the unique ministry is the Lord Jesus Christ. God’s Son, is the sole Head of The Sanctuary Ministries, the leader before whom all human leaders must bow (Ephesians 1:22, 23; Matthew 23:8-11; 1 Peter 5:4). He communicates His will for this Body through His Word, the Bible However, God has given us a plan, a blueprint for the spiritual structure and operation of His ekklesia. The Sanctuary Ministries functions under the leadership of Pastor Yolanda. She is responsible for getting before God and receiving vision for the ministry. She will dedicate herself to prayer and the Word. The chief role of Pastor Yolanda will be to equip the saints for the work of the ministry and implement ministry as the Holy Spirit leads.
Pastor Yolanda is assisted by her husband, Monte and a team who supports and carry out His vision and assist in placement of partners for ministry based on their spiritual gifts, etc. Pastor Yolanda has an accountability system with Pastor Rosa Marion of Beauty for Ashes Ministries and an appointed advisory committee, typically known as the Board of Influence who help handle the legal business of the ekklesia.
